Curiosity invites us to look closer, ask better questions, and experience everyday life with more wonder. This 7-day curiosity challenge offers short, reflective prompts to help you tune in, explore your habits, and see the world—and yourself—with fresh eyes.
You don’t need to chase big answers or do deep research. These prompts are about staying open, playful, and present in your daily life.

What Is the 7-Day Curiosity Challenge?
This challenge is designed to help you reconnect with your natural sense of curiosity. Each day features one simple prompt that encourages reflection, observation, or a shift in perspective.
There’s no pressure to come up with profound answers—just let yourself wonder and notice. You can write your responses or simply sit with the question for a few minutes each day.
Daily Curiosity Prompts
Day 1:
What’s something new you noticed about yourself or your surroundings today? Pay attention to details you might usually miss.
Day 2:
What’s one thing today that made you pause and wonder “why” or “how”? Let yourself explore the question, even if you don’t find the answer.
Day 3:
Think about a routine or habit you do every day. What might you discover if you tried doing it differently?
Day 4:
If you could ask a question to anyone—living or historical—what would it be? Why would you choose that person or topic?
Day 5:
Look around your space and pick one object. What’s its story? What do you wonder about it?
Day 6:
What’s a new skill or topic you’ve been curious about? How might you explore it in a small way this week?
Day 7:
Reflect on this week of curiosity. What surprised you about what you learned or noticed?
