What Is the 7-Day Do Something You Love Challenge?
This challenge is an invitation to step back from to-do lists and reconnect with the things that truly nourish you. Each day’s prompt is quick and flexible—most can be done in 10–20 minutes or less. It’s not about doing more; it’s about doing what matters.
You can follow the challenge in order or pick and choose based on what you need each day. There’s no right way to do it—only your way.
Daily Do What You Love Prompts
Day 1:
Spend 15 minutes doing a hobby you enjoy, with no distractions. Whether it’s painting, reading, or building something, give it your full attention.
Day 2:
Call or meet a friend who makes you happy. A quick chat or short visit can shift your whole mood.
Day 3:
Take time for self-care—whatever that looks like for you. A warm bath, a quiet read, or sipping something cozy all count.
Day 4:
Spend time outside doing an activity you love. Walk, garden, sketch, or just sit and breathe in the fresh air.
Day 5:
Go somewhere you enjoy, even if it’s close by. A favorite café, bookstore, or a scenic walking path can do wonders.
Day 6:
Do something nostalgic that you used to love as a kid. Dance to old music, play a childhood game, or revisit a forgotten hobby.
Day 7:
Make time for something you’ve been wanting to do just for you. Big or small, if it’s been on your heart—today’s the day.
