What Is the 7-Day Everyday Joy Challenge?

This challenge includes one reflective prompt each day to help you notice what brings you joy. These are gentle questions that invite you to look for happiness in everyday moments—no elaborate routines or deep digging needed.

You can write your answers in a journal, think about them on a walk, or simply pause and reflect for a few minutes. There’s no “right” way to do it—just a chance to savor the good.

Day 1:

What’s one small thing that made you smile today?

Day 2:

Describe a simple pleasure you often overlook but really enjoy.

Day 3:

Think about a place—near or far—that brings you peace. What makes it special?

Day 4:

Write about someone who brightens your day, even in small ways.

Day 5:

Reflect on a moment this week when you felt calm, happy, or content.

Day 6:

What’s something you’re looking forward to, no matter how small?

Day 7:

List three little things that brought you joy this week. What made them stand out to you?
