Day 1:
Write about something you accomplished recently, no matter how small.
Day 2:

What’s a task or habit you’ve been consistent with lately?
Day 4:
What’s a quality you have that you’re proud of?
Day 5:
Describe a moment when you surprised yourself in a good way.
Day 6:
Write about a time you made a good decision for yourself.
Day 7:
List three wins from this week—big or small—and take a moment to acknowledge them.
