What Is the 7-Day Slow Living Challenge?
This challenge includes one daily prompt that encourages you to pause, reflect, and move more intentionally through your day. These prompts are perfect for mornings, evenings, or any quiet pocket of time.
The goal isn’t to “do more slowly”—it’s to do less with more presence.
Daily Slow Living Prompts
Day 1:
Choose one moment today to pause and take three slow, deep breaths. Notice how your body feels before and after.
Day 2:
Pick one task today—no multitasking. Focus fully on that one thing and take your time with it.
Day 3:
Notice something simple today that brings you joy: a warm cup of tea, a bird outside, sunlight on the floor. Write about that moment.
Day 4:
Unplug from screens for one hour. Use that time to read, go for a walk, or do something quiet and offline.
Day 5:
Notice a time today when you feel rushed. What would it look like to slow down instead? How can you build in more breathing room?
Day 6:
Choose one small thing to leave undone today. Instead of filling every minute, give yourself permission to rest.
Day 7:
What moments this week felt the most peaceful or fulfilling? How can you carry more of that into your regular routine?
