7 Days of Kindness: Simple Ways to Uplift Others (and Yourself)
Kindness doesn’t have to be grand or complicated. A small gesture, a kind word, or even a moment of patience can brighten someone’s day—including your own. This 7-day kindness challenge is a gentle way to slow down and bring more compassion into your daily life.
Each prompt takes just a few minutes but can have a lasting impact. Whether you’re showing kindness to a stranger, a loved one, or yourself, these small acts are a reminder that even simple actions matter.

What Is the 7-Day Kindness Challenge?
This challenge invites you to practice intentional kindness each day. It includes one simple prompt daily—something you can do in just a few minutes, no special tools required.
You can follow the prompts in order or mix them up depending on the day. This isn’t about checking boxes—it’s about noticing where you can show up with more warmth, generosity, and presence.
