Daily Positivity Prompts
Day 1:
Notice and name one good thing in your day.
Day 2:
Think of a compliment you’ve received recently. How did it impact your day?
Day 3:
Share a positive quote or message with someone else.
Day 4:
Focus on something you’re proud of about yourself.
Day 5:
Recall a small success or kind moment from today. How did it make you feel?
Day 6:
List three things you like about yourself right now.
Day 7:
Write down three things you’re grateful for.
