What Is the 7-Day Gratitude Challenge?

This challenge invites you to explore thankfulness in a thoughtful and approachable way. Each prompt is simple and open-ended, making space for both the big and small things you’re grateful for.

You can write your responses down or reflect silently—there’s no right way to do it. The goal is simply to pause and notice what’s good in your life right now.

Daily Gratitude Prompts

Day 1:

Write down three things you’re grateful for today—big or small.

Day 2:

Think of someone who made your life better. Write about what they did and why it mattered.

Day 3:

What’s something in nature that brings you peace? Describe it in detail and how it makes you feel.

Day 4:

Describe a memory that still makes you smile. Let yourself sit in that feeling for a moment.

Day 5:

What’s something you’re grateful your body can do?

Day 6:

Write about a “small thing” you used to overlook but now appreciate.

Day 7:

Who or what are you most thankful for right now?
